- Wash the face and leave the nose slightly wet - the strip needs moisture to bond.
- Peel the strip from the film and press it onto the nose, smoothing from the bridge outwards.
- Leave for 10 - 15 minutes until the strip feels rigid.
- Peel off slowly from the outer edges towards the centre.
- Rinse with cool water and apply a light moisturiser or pore essence.
